Fusehive Interactive Media Ltd provides royalty-free music, sound effects, and voiceover samples for game developers, filmmakers, and other media creators. By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to these terms.
Purchasing Policy
All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Once purchased, products cannot be returned or refunded, as they are immediately accessible and downloadable. We recommend ensuring that you select the correct items before completing your purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content, including music, sound effects, and voiceover samples, is owned by Fusehive Interactive Media Ltd © 2024, All Rights Reserved. Any film and game logos or names mentioned on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
Account Use
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account details. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which Fusehive Interactive Media Ltd and its brands operate.
LICENSE TERMS
Basic License
With the Basic License included with each purchase, users are free to use the music, sound effects, and voiceover samples in unlimited projects, worldwide, and forever. You only pay once to license the sounds, and they can be installed on a maximum of two computers. If more users need access, additional licenses can be purchased.
Extended License
To redistribute, resell, or use our sounds in creating your own sound libraries, audio samples, sample software, or hardware devices playing our audio (with the exemption of cases where a game or animation is installed with our audio embedded in it - for example: a land-based slot machine), you must obtain an Extended License. Contact us at hub@fusehive.com to upgrade to an Extended License for any products you’ve purchased.
Restrictions
Redistributing, reselling, or sharing our audio as standalone files is prohibited under the Basic License. You may use or edit our sounds in your projects (games, videos, music tracks, etc.), but offering them in any form that primarily features our materials (as a sound library, a music track primarily built from our audio, software or hardware sampler, etc.) requires an Extended License.
REFUND POLICY
No Refunds Policy
All sales are final, and no refunds are issued once a purchase is made. Due to the nature of digital products, once they are downloaded, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
FAQ
What is royalty-free?
Our products can be used in any number of commercial and personal projects. Once purchased, there are no ongoing royalty fees, and you may use the audio in projects worldwide, forever.
Can I edit or modify the sounds?
Yes, you are free to edit or modify the sounds in any way you wish. However, the final audio must be embedded in a project (e.g., video, game, music track). You cannot resell or distribute the sounds in their original form or as a new sound library without an Extended License.
How many computers can I install the sounds on?
Under the Basic License, you can install the sounds on up to two computers. For additional users or devices, purchase more licenses at checkout.
Can I use the sounds in multiple projects?
Yes, you only pay once, and the sounds can be used in as many projects as you like, whether it’s for a game, video, film, animation, audiobook, or other media.
What formats are the sounds in?
Our products are typically provided in WAV 96 kHz/24 Bit, WAV 44.1kHz/16 Bit and 320kbps MP3 formats for your convenience. For specific details, refer to the respective product page.
Can I resell or redistribute the sounds?
Not under the Basic License. If you intend to distribute or sell the sounds as part of a sound library, sample software, or in a product primarily featuring our audio, you must contact us to arrange an Extended License.
What if I need custom or modified sounds?
We offer customization services to adapt sounds to your specific needs. Contact us at hub@fusehive.com for modifications or fully custom audio.
CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES
If you need any modifications to our sounds to fit your specific project, we can help. Typically, library owners receive discounted rates for reasonable adjustment requests.
For fully custom audio, due to our busy schedule, we may not be able to take on your request right away. To avoid long waiting times, contact us as soon as possible with your clear requirements to secure a slot. We will do our best to accommodate your needs within a reasonable timeframe.
